double-check wp-config.php , /wp-content/themes/standardtheme_272/functions.php make sure there no whitespace before <?php part of file. don't know why happens happen , throw "php warning: cannot modify header information - headers sent by..." result.

not saying possible reason 1 possible reason based on i've encountered working wordpress.
