authorization - Jenkins Permission's to user according to jobs -

jenkins have permission's project-based matrix , role strategy read/write/admin.how give access/permission view individual jobs/projects different users ? there existing plugin? please help

this functionality inbuilt. on job, select "enable project-based security" , specify permissions per user job only.
